Soumili Ghosh Biswas, also known as Soumili Biswas, is an Indian Bengali film and television actress, model, TV anchor, and classical dancer. She is known for Alo (2003), Gyarakal (2004), Sangram (2005), U-Turn (2010), and One Little Finger (2019). She has received the Sangeet Ratna and Sangeet Bibhakar awards in Bharatanatyam.

Soumili Biswas was born on September 29, 1990, in Behala, South Kolkata, West Bengal, India. She is the younger of two siblings and has an elder brother named Sujoy Biswas. She attended Bidya Bharati Girls' School in Behala and later earned an honours degree in economics from Jogamaya Devi College, a women's college under the University of Calcutta.
