Rikita Nandini Shimu (Bengali: রিকিতা নন্দিনী শিমু) is a Bangladeshi actress and model who works in television, theater, and OTT web series. She is best known for her lead role in Made in Bangladesh (2019), directed by Rubaiyat Hossain, alongside Novera Rahman, Deepanwita Martin, Parvin Paru, Mayabi Rahman, and Shatabdi Wadud. The film earned her the Best Actress Award at the Festival International du Film de Saint-Jean-de-Luz in France (2019) and the Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role (2022).

Rikita Nandini Shimu was born in Dhaka, Bangladesh. She is the elder of two siblings. She joined the Tokai theater group at the age of six. Her maternal uncle was a theater actor, and she was introduced to acting through him. She made her television debut as a child artist in the play Tala, written and directed by Masum Aziz.
Rikita Nandini Shimu made her acting debut in the Bangladeshi drama film Runway (2010), directed by Tareque Masud, where she portrayed the character Sheuli.
