Priyanka Sarkar is an Indian film and television actress who primarily works in Bengali cinema. She began her career in the Bengali television industry in 2003 at the age of 12. As a teenager, she appeared in several serials, including Swapner Rong Nil, Aastha, Khela, and Nana Rangar Dinguli. She also worked as a child actor in the film Dadar Adesh, alongside Bengali superstar Prosenjit Chatterjee. Her major career breakthrough came when she starred as the lead actress in Chirodini Tumi Je Amar. Released in 2008, the film became one of the biggest blockbusters in the Bengali film industry.
