Rajat Dalal (nicknames: Hulk, Gullu, Rajjo) is an Indian powerlifter, fitness influencer, and social media personality who gained fame through his appearance on Bigg Boss 18. He has won multiple gold medals, including the 1st Haryana State Strongman Challenge Championship in 2017, the National Deadlift Championship, and the World Cup by the World Powerlifting Congress (WPC) in 2018. He set a Classic Raw World Record in the Deadlift (302.5 kg) in the 90 kg weight class in the Men’s Junior division in 2018.

Rajat Dalal was born on January 12, 1996, in Faridabad, Haryana, India. He comes from a Hindu family and belongs to the Jaat community. His zodiac sign is Capricorn. Controversies
In November 2023, Rajat was involved in a controversial incident during an Instagram Live session where he confronted three alleged fake babas and asked them to recite the Gayatri Mantra and Hanuman Chalisa. When they failed to do so, he forced them to slap each other and later strip down. The babas claimed to belong to the Nath Sampradaya of Gorakhnath Peeth. Rajat also asked them to show their Aadhaar cards, which were later found to be fake upon verification by police authorities. The incident drew significant attention and sparked public debate.
In June 2024, Rajat Dalal was accused of abducting an 18-year-old youth named Dhyan Lodha over a social media post. In his FIR with the Sabarmati police, Lodha stated that he used to attend a gym on Chandkheda Crematorium Road, where Dalal was a trainer. According to Lodha, on May 1, 2024, he uploaded a video in which he remarked that Dalal had ruined his day by showing his face in the morning. Following this, Dalal, along with two others, allegedly abducted him from his home and tortured him at multiple locations. Lodha claimed that Dalal urinated on his face and abused him and his mother during the ordeal.
In August 2024, Rajat Dalal was involved in a serious accident where he hit a biker while driving at 140 km/h on a busy road in Faridabad. The incident was captured on video and went viral, leading to public outrage and a case being filed against him for reckless driving. Rajat later surrendered to the police and issued a clarification, stating that the video was old and that he was moving forward in life. In the video, Rajat can be heard dismissing the accident, saying, “Gir gaya, koi baat nahi. Roz ka yahi kaam hai ma’am” (He fell down, no big deal. This is an everyday thing, ma’am)
In September 2024, Rajat Dalal caused a controversy by leaving MS Dhoni off his wishlist for his team, the Haryanvi Hunters, during an interview for the Entertainers Cricket League (ECL).
In October 2024, Rajat Dalal was involved in a controversy with CarryMinati, a popular YouTuber, who released a roast video mocking Rajat's views on "Sigma males." In response, Rajat demanded that CarryMinati remove the segment and issue an apology.
