In November 2023, Rajat was involved in a controversial incident during an Instagram Live session where he confronted three alleged fake babas and asked them to recite the Gayatri Mantra and Hanuman Chalisa. When they failed to do so, he forced them to slap each other and later strip down. The babas claimed to belong to the Nath Sampradaya of Gorakhnath Peeth. Rajat also asked them to show their Aadhaar cards, which were later found to be fake upon verification by police authorities. The incident drew significant attention and sparked public debate.

In June 2024, Rajat Dalal was accused of abducting an 18-year-old youth named Dhyan Lodha over a social media post. In his FIR with the Sabarmati police, Lodha stated that he used to attend a gym on Chandkheda Crematorium Road, where Dalal was a trainer. According to Lodha, on May 1, 2024, he uploaded a video in which he remarked that Dalal had ruined his day by showing his face in the morning. Following this, Dalal, along with two others, allegedly abducted him from his home and tortured him at multiple locations. Lodha claimed that Dalal urinated on his face and abused him and his mother during the ordeal.

In August 2024, Rajat Dalal was involved in a serious accident where he hit a biker while driving at 140 km/h on a busy road in Faridabad.
